In Memoriam - Tim White
We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Tim White, a longtime neighbor and friend to many in the Trotters Ridge community. In the early 2000s, Tim was fondly known as the “bus stop dad” for the children along Shoemaker and Calumet Farms Lane. Every morning, rain or shine, he was there—greeting the kids, directing traffic, and ensuring they got on the bus safely. But Tim was more than a watchful neighbor; he was a source of encouragement, and his kindness has left a lasting impact on the children he met each day.
His generosity extended beyond the bus stop.
As a committed neighbor and homeowner, Tim served on the ShiRec and Trotters Ridge boards and the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), demonstrating his dedication to enhancing and strengthening his community.
Through it all, Tim faced life’s challenges with unwavering strength. When asked how he was doing, he would always say, “Still fighting the fight.” That spirit of resilience, kindness, and service defined him, and his impact on this community will never be forgotten.Our heartfelt condolences go out to Tim’s wife, Alica; his daughter, Kayla; his sons, Christian and Jordan; and the entire White family during this difficult time.
